making a picture less than 100k

im tryin to post a picture up but i cant get it less than 100k i made it a gif and its still 633k anything else i can do...?

Theres loads you can do. Save for web, drop your DPI, among others...

Well, if you have photoshop you can do this VERY easily!
First of all, i like to keep pictures generally no wider than 640px that way it doesnt expand the window on ns. After you change the image size go File > Save for web. There will be a setting on the right that has 'Quality' You can bring the quality lower and lower until you see the filesize on the bottom left of that window. Try to get it as close to 100K as possible and you'll have a crisp

i guess if u have it as a gif and u resize it it doesnt change the file size

simple:
download free trial or full pirated version of Macromedia Dreamweaver, go to file > export wizard when your done with the pic, and enter the size you want it to be. It's also an ill image editing app besides photoshop.
