I'm extremely un-experienced, and I'm going to be vague(so please bare with me) I don't have a camera yet, but my heart is set on a t2i. (Feel free to tell me that's not a good camera for ski shots) I'll be shooting 98% video.
1. What is the best lens to use for daytime, low light, nightshoot? Whats your favorite in other words.
2. Is there any truth to the hype on the cheap FD manual lenses? If so, would you buy one for close ups/still shots>
3. Is a glidecam necessary? I don't do things half way, if its something you can't shoot without, please let me know.
4. Is the built in audio on the t2i sufficient enough to pick up rail sounds/stomps? In other words is it decent?
5. Referring to 4, if not what is the best value mic that can be attached. (without a boom obviously)
6. Full retard noob question: Hows the battery life and does it last all day?
