You can also try and email believeinsarah@shreddytimes.com, that's where I got mine a few months back. They don't do it through paypal anymore though.

I've talked to Michelle Parker about this and the money that is now brought in from the stickers will be set aside for the the Foundation that has been set up in Sarah's name.
