Bindings for pow skis

Hey guys im getting a pair of fat-ypus a-lotta pow skis and i know the underfoot is 140 but its hard to find a binding thats that has a brake close to that. can anyone send me in the right direction on what to do here. I dont really want to run a binding without a brake plus im going to try to sell and turn a profit with this set-up

I know that Liberty makes bindings with brakes that go as wide as 150mm, so check them out.
Its the same bindings as the tyrolia peak 15, but liberty branded.

They got brakes!

get a nice binding such as the salomon sth or rossignol fks and bend out the brakes. it will work fine. ive done that with my skies anyway...

this. the liberty mutant is 149 underfoot so something has to be available to use

Seriously, a few millimeters is not that big of a deal. Look at a ruler and see how small 5 or 10 millimeters really is.

I have 135mm waist skis mounted with 115mm FKS brakes that just needed a slight tweak to fit, as well as a pair of 110mm waist skis mounted with 90mm FKS brakes. Using this logic, a pair of Salomon, or other companies' 130mm brakes should be able to fit over 140mm waist skis with little trouble.

This. All you need is a good bench vise and a good grip. stretched brakes drag less anyway. I personally hate my brakes that are 10mm too big-- brake drag sucks.

This sitting on my Caylors right now are 110 brakes bent to 120. OP try and find a 130 brake to bend, that will work better bent than a 115 brake or smaller.

Do you want a lighter set up or heavy? If you want lighter, go with something composite like markers, ANd for heavier, go for STH's, FKS, pretty much any binding that is mostly metal.

Oh and note the STH's and FKS will be more durable than the composite ones like markers.

If you have  Liberty DB 12 or Peak/Mojo 12 you can get a 150mm brake that will fit those. They also make a 130mm brake, so you know the 130mm does run small.

If you know how to bend a brake properly then the Marker and Salomon are pretty easy to do. Just dont bend them at an angle though you want to completely rebend the brake. If doing on an FKS or Pivot break be very careful as thos ebrakes will cost you $80 to $100 to find a replacement!

Yes i know what "most" people who dont read or search for things will not know about the deal. Even if i make a $100 profit its money that i didnt have. Ive already talked to someone local in my area who is already interested in makeing this purchase. So fuck you!
