well in the donators forum theres a place where people just post cool pictures that would make good icons. if ur wondering what the donators forum is when u become a donator theres a secret foum that opens to you.     or so ive heard

I enjoy gorillaz, before I had a icon of Jeff Amnet because I am a fan of pearl jam. Just use icons that have some sort of meaning, chances are you can find an icon like that.

I made my own, they really aren't too hard. Find a picture or something that you would like, and scale it to 50x50.

The east part is perfectly valid haha, and I guess if you skate it makes sense. Maybe taking part of the Ski The East logo might have made a bit more sense.
