Hey newschoolers. Our sport involves a lot of sweating and muscle activity even though we may not notice it a whole lot. I usually get headaches after a long day of skiing most likely from being dehydrated. My question is what do YOU do to stay hydrated while on the mountain. Camel backs are cool and all but they aren't really a park skiers first choice. I'm going out west next winter and am nervous about the altitude and water loss. Let's hear it!
Chug a gatorade first run. Go in for lunch. Grab another gatorade and drink it at the top of the hill. Then go home after skiing for a few hours and drink lots of water.
