What's good everyone!
Hope you all had a good summer and that ya'll getting ready and STOKED for next winter!!!

If you have extra time and would want something to pump you up for next season, then we would like you to buy our new movie "the education of style".

It is what we have been dedicated and put all our effort into the past 12 months! And I really think it turned out good and i this is the best segment i've ever had and likewise with Phil and Tanner.

Couldn't be more stoked to present this one to ya'll.

So if i'm downloading 3,55gb it will work?

My download stopped once when i tried to download 1,2gb (or whatever it was exactly) and now it is 3,55gb. It will take some hours till its finished since my internet is really slow here.

iPhone Version is ready and works for me.

Yeah I want to know the same thing.

Also 3.55gb for a 34 minute movie? Does that not strike anyone as a lot? Especially in comparison to the 1.2 or whatever it was yesterday?

Yes, it just did for me and I am able to watch the HD desktop version in iTunes on my mac.

Didn't appear to be, which kind of sucks. Unfortunately I didn't realize that until after buying, so had to boot Windows and install the bloody thing. If I had known iTunes was required, I wouldn't have bought the movie. (And if it's not, sorry for being a little stupid.)

really sucks for Linux users who don't want to go through the hassle of getting iTunes running on system it's not supported on. even using wine it won't be bug free and I'm sure will cause many problems. plus iTunes stinks.

*UPDATE: The Education of Style Digital desktop download.

For anyone that is experiencing problems after purchasing the digital download, I now have a temporary solution to make sure you get your desktop download, sorry it’s taken so long. This process is a little longwinded although it will mean you can get the desktop version and be super happy.

To make things as easy as possible and to speed things up for we need your assistance in assisting us please. What we need you to do is to log in on www.inspiredmedia.tv then click on the store page. https://inspiredmedia.mobilerider.com/store/

Click Order History, then copy your long confirmation number, then click on “Support” and click “Open New Ticket”. Add your details and in the subject field please put “Inspired Media” and in the message box include your Transaction receipt number (Paste) and submit ticket.

What will happen next is our Digital partner will send you an email (this isn’t instant, so please be patient) to confirm the issues with you and then email you a 1 off link to download the desktop version via your iTunes.

I know it’s not ideal and we cant thank you for enough for your support and patience.

thanks for posting a solution but now i cant even log into the inspired website.

i registered yesterday to buy the movie. I know exactly the email address i used and the user name i created yet it does not find either one and says they do not exist.

please help. come to think of it now, i didn't get any confirmation email after i bought it either.

Ok so i finished downloading the 3,5gb file and after i wanted to start the movie it dissappeared and now it's lost, can't find it in iTunes or in the itunes librarie on the hdd. Is this a know issue??

Agreed. I use Ubuntu a lot myself (dual boot with W7), and it would have been nice to not have to boot Windows and then install something I'm not really interested in having at all. Hell, I'll probably uninstall iTunes tomorrow.

took my money and no movie twice common guys not cool mobile sucks and it wont even let me download the computer cause its like u already bought this so real dissapointed in how much work u put in to get shitted out of my money and no fucking moviie

it now works for me, and its really really ridiculously good looking! there are some little things i didn't love but the skiing is off the chart. phil and henrik doing things nobody else is even touching!

So has the problem now been completely fixed? I suck when it comes to computers so I know the second it doesn't work I will just turn off my computer and turn it on. The universal problem solver. If it requires anymore than that I give up. Basically when I know it is working without any problems I will buy it right away

Desktop is now working! Just right click on it in itunes and select update podcast.

I thought it was really good before. But now it seems legendary -- everything besides the Jamaican assclapping that is.

bitch shut your trap.  its obviously not their fault, if they had control over the internet they would have fixed it.  its 10 dollars, not really worth getting butt hurt over.  be patient it will be worth it.

Damn, I really want the HD version, is there anyway to get it other than pre-ordering it on itunes? Cause then I'll have to wait till the 20th, which isn't too bad, just wondering if there's a quicker option.

I've been downloading this movie for 8 hours and then it comes up on itunes with error 36, saying the file can not be found. Then I go to your website to use the direct download and it won't let me log in and says my email was never registered when it was obviously when I bought the movie. So now I'm out 10 dollars and can't watch the movie...awesome.

When it gives you the option to either watch it desktop or iphone, can you only pick one or can you do the desktop one and get the iphone version later too

if you've had trouble with the desktop version yet the iphone version worked, try this:

open up the details in the podcast. You should see some greyed out sub-files and if you expand the description field, one will be desktop, the other iphone. If the desktop one appear greyed out, there should be  a "get" button alongside of it. I was able to simply click the GET and it restarted the download, this time it was successful and I was able to watch the flick how it was intended to be viewed.
