Hey guys, I've got a pair of very old Full Tilt Camo's (essentially the same as the original bumblebees, just differently colored) that I've ridden for about 5 years now and are desperately in need of some TLC. I've busted the middle buckle on the left boot so that it won't really tighten much anymore:
That little hook thingy sticks up all the time. I know you can buy new buckles online, but I have no idea how to install them on to the boots. Here's a more zoomed out photo of the buckle:
As you can see, the buckles are not held on by screws like today's full tilts, but are instead fastened down by some sort of bolt:
Here's a picture of what these bolt things look like on the inside of the boot:
I have no idea how to take these things off, or how I would refasten them once I try to install the new buckle. Does anybody have any experience fixing these sort of boots or any ideas of how I might go about this?
