Trouble uploading to vimeo and everywhere else

so ive been trying to upload a video with my t2i using moviemaker then avid studio and it loads for a minute then says opps try again and never works and its just a stupid kinda funny clip so i even tryed just uploading it to facebook and it still said not a file we support and i have tryed to change the file but it never lets me what am i doing wrong?

If you follow these guidelines for compressing your final video, you should be all set on most platforms. Check out the right side of the page as well for video tutorials for specific programs (not sure if they have moviemaker or not though).
