1. google 'bittorrent'. get it
2. google 'abc bittorrent'. get the abc client
3. go to suprnova.org. download something then have it open with abc
4. download and enjoy.

if you dont like any of those programs, try azureus. thats what I use and it works really well. i download a lot faster than i used to with the official bit torrent

i havnt found a client that i like alot. i have used shareaza and bit tornado. shareaza sucks mother fucking ass for torrents! then they are complete, if you quit the program then you cant seed other people if you open the program again (even if you open the torrent again, it jsut starts downloading another one) bit tornado is ok but if you quit, and you want to seed, you ahve to open the torrent up again. atleast it rocnizes that you already downloaded it! i got an awsome one on my Mac. first of all, it has all your downlaoded in the same window, and second it wont get rid of them from your list if you quit and they are complete, which means it is really easy to seed. i will have to check out ABC becuase i think it is similay.
