"the "Zestimate" is not accurate in this case. It's algorithm only uses things like bedrooms, bathrooms, house size, and lot size compared to recent listings and sales in the neighborhood. The surface lift, extra lot size and other perks add a few million to the price" credit to tom finn. (his comment on level 1s post)

If I put on my running shoes, short shorts, and track shirt and took five minutes out of my night to run up the street, I could post plenty of other pictures of this house. It's the DC house in Red Hawk (Park City) and just up the street from me in a really shwanky private neighborhood. Dude its for housing a bunch of drunk pro snowboarders, u think there gonna give like 20 dudes that are just there to sesh and film their own bedrooms? Probly most guys that stay there are used to crashing on couches , and they are stoked as hell to have a big comfy bed in a room with their friends.
