So I was talking to a buddy of mine about how quickly skiing is progressing, and it got me wondering, what new tricks we will see this coming season, or even in the next 2 years?
that would be crazy. but for real, i think the jumps in competitions wont be 65, 70 ft soon. they will be 100 ft jumps and to win u will have to do all trips
There is a point where they cannot push it any further. Plus just because 2010 through 2012 were crazy years, doesn't mean at all that the sport is going to continue to progress at that pace.
I agree to an extent, but people are defying what we thought was humanly possible all the time. I personally think in the next 3 years, were going to be seeing shit we could never even have imagined.
well if a skier reaches terminal velocity, and the table of the jump is significantly larger than a skier traveling at terminal velocity can travel in the air, thats where you will find that terminal velocity is of paramount importance
