Replying to Need some assistance...
So, I ordered The Eight Six with Tee combo on the 31st. Got my confirmation email receipt. But I had made an error on my billing info (didn't realize this till almost a week later), and don't think the payment actually went through, but was still charged for it. Thus, I never got my movie and am bummed. I already talked to PayPal customer service, and both the Martini bros (they tried to help as much as possible). And I can't really seem to get anywhere. I don't have a PayPal account, Stept just had the order processed through them. My credit card company said the payment already cleared, so they can't help either. What obvious solution am I missing here?
