WTF ITunes

So I got a $100 ITunes gift card and decided I would buy a season of the wire with it. The season cost $23.00 and it stopped working half way though the first episode. So I decided to quit Itunes. Now the whole season is gone and the money is still deducted from my account. Has anyone ever run into this shit?

I just don't deal with that bull shit anymore. Ive downloaded numerous movies just to be let down and not have them work one time or another. FUCK ITUNES.

That is what I have been doing but all the ones of season 3 were low quality and had subtitles. I just restarted my computer and the whole season is still gone from my itunes with my money deducted from my gift card. This is so annoying. Will Itunes refund me if I email them?

Yea I was reading a thing and it says "If a backup is not available, your media may be lost, and you may need to purchase replacements". iTunes says I purchased it but its no where to be found on my computer at all. I have searched far and wide through out my HD and have come up empty handed. How the hell does something just straight up teleport out of itunes let alone my computer like that? If they don't refund me boy am I going to let them have it. Its $23 worth of shit.

I accidentally bought the same thing twice, because it didn't download the first time. They refunded my money no problem. The will probably do the same for you

If it recognises that you have paid for it then you can just re-download it. The program *should* check the title against your purchases and not deduct more money if it finds a match. I had a situation where my brother downloaded an album and i wanted it too (we use the same account) i went on, found the right version of the album, it looked as if i was going to have to pay for it (ie it had the price over the download bit) stepped put onto the edge and clicked to "purchase" it, it recognised the purchase on the account and it downloaded with no extra payment.

Just send apples customer service an email about the problem and they will refund your money back I'm sure. iTunes has a download history thing if you lose music and movies. Check that and re download it

I've done the same exact thing before. Call apple, they will help you out. This happened to me like 3 years ago but when I called, a real person picked up and fixed it.
