Fucking up on a diet

Is it just me? Does anyone else notice how many sugar cravings for the first week of a diet or the cravings you get when u fuck up a but on your diet then get back on it. Seems like when youre a weeks deep in a diet its so much easier. On my iphone, apologies for typos

One thing that helps me is working out, I find after work outs I can't handle high sugar sweet foods. You could be the same?

It's because Americans put sugar in literally EVERYTHING. Sugar is an addiciton and your body responds to that by showing 'symptoms'.

getting exercise definitely helps me stayed focused on eating healthy. if you get cravings just eat a little bit of whatever you're craving and you'll be good. its when you pile up the cravings that you ultimately binge eat, and binge eating is bad and makes you feel like shit mentally and physically the next day.

Eat smaller portions. If your still fat stop eating fast food. Still fat after that? Exercise harder.

Oh eat real cherry's or pineapple. Their good for you and sweet.

I've been on like a high protein low fat diet for like a year, once you like think about eating shitty food it's so hard to not just go and get it. I usually just chew as much gum as possible and the craving goes away for skittles or some shit.

sugar's addictive as fuck, really hard to get off of it. replace sugary things in your diet slowly with things that have natural sugars, like fruits
