If they're that bad, it's one of 2 things:
-The fit is fundamentally flawed, likely no amount of boot-work will ever make them particularly good. Trying to make them fit will be like polishing a turd.
OR
-You're doing something retarded like wearing 2 pairs of thick socks or cranking the hell out of your boots when you're on the hill.
Basically, a boot that has been fitted properly (appropriate last and a shell-fit done) shouldn't leave you in agony after 3 runs. At the worst you might have a few hot spots but if it's so bad you have to take the boot off then something is horribly wrong.
The Voodoo is about the widest-lasted boot you can get. What are the boots you're currently in?
TBH sounds like the guy is a clown. And yeah you did kinda screw up by skiing 10 days in them before deciding they didn't fit.
