anyone instal car alarms? I need some technical info on car alarms. What I want to do is get a piece of 2 wire cab tire (extension cord) and twist lock connectors so I can tie into an aux on the alarm module and have a loop that I can put through my bikes in the back of my truck. If anyone unplugs the loop or cuts it, the alarm will go off. This will be in addition to bump sensors on high sensitivity and locked up with 2 inch chain.
What I need to know is if the alarm aux contacts are normally open or normally closed or if there are both.
Its an ultrastart 2 way remote start/ alarm. I could probably also get a model number off the alarm module
