I agree. Also, some people on this site might not remember the 2000 election, but a major issue was a DUI Bush had been convicted of in 1976. Was he unfit to be president? If he was it was not because he drank too much and drove some 24 years earlier. Clearly, it didn't bother people enough to not vote for him. Same exact story for Obama. I get it you don't think smoking pot is a big deal, but evidently he does (as is evidenced by the fact that he supports the marijuana prohibition). If he thinks marijuana consumption should be a criminal act, then he should think of himself as a criminal. How does he think he is fit to be president if he views himself as a criminal?

My guess is, Deep down, Obama knows he is wrong for not taking a stance on the issue and getting legalization underway. Steve Jobs did LSD all the time when he was younger and he said it helped make him who he was. He also got upset one time when he went to give a lecture at a university and when he asked how many people had tried LSD almost no one raised their hand.
