Sparknotez: Can't sleep at all. Quit smoking weed after 1 year or so of minor 2-3 day breaks, fifth day in. Don't drink caffeine, don't eat much sugar. I'm worried, shed light. Thanks.

those should help a bit but i honestly believe that you are just unhealthy haha. the best thing you could do is eat a healthy diet, lots of veggies and stay away from processed foods. i would bet you are magnesium and calcium deficient. mint and almond milk is the cat's pajamas. vitamin d3=win.
