newschoolers should buy it. every member will donate $10 or something and then it will be a home base for the newschoolers frat

so i googled it and got info from a couple sights, it looks like all the bids were due in by the 2nd of this month, and the owner has 10 days to decide on what he's gonna do. so i have a week to buy my pass i guess.
