I'm 19 year old and i'm already in enrolled in a fall semester here where i live in idaho so this situation wouldn't be for about a year at tops i'm thinking but I've been scoping out different areas to live and i think the sutable place for me right now is somewhere in the SLC area. I would have to start from scratch, finding an apparment or roomate to live with, get a job that would pay enough to live there, and find a college to go to as well. I don't mean to throw this on everyone, but i'm looking for some input on the situation I mean is there decent paying jobs in that area for someone who has had work experience but only has a high school degree and a place to room and board there for not a real high price? Any input would be great!

Check out Craigslist and KSL, it'll give you a solid idea of what you can expect to find for jobs and living situations. You should be able to find a room for 250-350 a month near the U (if that's where you want to be - I don't know about other areas in utah). Do you know what sort of work you'd be looking for? I'm sure you could get a restaurant job or something like that pretty easily. Good luck!

I've had various job experiences, this wouldn't be my first job to say the least i've worked in lifegaurding and with dealing with kids and general labor with construction and stuff. I would prefer not to that but i would like to do something in sales such as like a store or something of that sort but i have no previous work expereince in sales so idk how much of that would factor into getting hired.
But yea i would like to love in a place for about that price, but i'd more than likely have to save up for awhile before i go and do that so that i can prepare myself for that.

Going to wait til next semester or even the summer i realized that its probably best to save some cash and get a job before just trying to go over there.
