mine was about two weeks ago, my buddies and I were mountain biking and my back wheel got caught up on something and I fell and cut my knee cap open on a rock.

I broke my collar bone, chipped my glenoid, and partially tore my rotator cuff in 9th grade. That was 10 years ago though...guess I've been lucky?

Yea I'm not really sure, I broke my toe, but that's not really an issue and nothing can be done. There is this one thing though, while I was at Windells I took a few nasty spills, and I twister my knees up a bit. Now I'm not sure if there's even anything wrong, but I've been home for 2 weeks or so and it feels really stiff behind both my knee caps. I'm also feeling pretty intense tension below my kneecap and having trouble fully extending my leg. Any idea what that might be?

Dropped a decent gap to switch on some rollerblades, hit a stick/rock/something, and fell backward onto my arm/shoulder. I was in a sling for like 8 weeks. Shit sucked.

i'm also having the same thing with my knee from falling, it's just now getting better but i couldn't extend it all the way and i felt tension behind my knee cap too. just now it's going away though.

maybe wait it out and just try using it and try extending it all the way, that's what i did.

I hurt my knee skiing in February and it still hurts. I don't know why. It only hurts really bad when I run or play sports. yolo

Yeah mine is starting to slowly diminish as well, I've been doing a lot of stretching at least 3 times a day and it seems to be working. However, when I cam back from camp it didn't help to have football conditioning the next day, but after 3 or 4 more practices I think all the running is actually helping.

A few weeks ago, on the practice run for my first ever comp, (it was at night) a huge head wind was affecting the last booter (about 50ft) and I hit it, landed short, and my knee hit my cheek bone and I got a hairline fracture. Never broken a bone in my life, aaaaand i broke my face. Went straight back up and competed though! Managed to get silver as well! Yiew!

Dunno if its classified as an injury but wisdom tooth is infected need to go to the doctors tomorrow for sure feels like my face has been just hit by a train then struck by lightning then kicked in the face by thor and punched by the hulk.  Pain is so intense I wanna just fucking hit something.  Worst part is I don't have any pain medication and have to wait another 6 hours probably before anything can be done.

Dislocate both my femurs backwards (One was almost touching my spinal cord)
Dislocated my sacroiliac.
Fractured my pelvis in 6 places
Fractured 4 vertebrae in my neck (including snapping 1 in half)
Tore my MCL and have bad bone bruising in my knee
Lung contusions
Major concussion
Tear in Shoulder
Torn Calf Muscle
Severe never damage.

Latest one would be I bruised my shin bones on an under-rotated frontflip on a backflip kicker at Woodward. It was a pretty dumb idea. I also broke my toe which sucks every time I put on ski-boots...

Cut a hole in my foot on a nail sticking out of our wicker furniture. It was about 2 inches long and bled like crazy. Now I have a scar. Better on my foot then my face I guess.

Tore ma knee and trying to get good from that so I can ski this season. Shattered ma collarbone last season and was out with surgeries for that. And a bunch of head injuries in the middle.

9 to stomp to bounce backwards 2/3 of the way down the landing onto back and snap head back. I was lucky to not hurt myself really bad, only some wiplash and my back hurt for a few days.
