The 1080 boots just seem so cheap in quality compared to these. Obviously they are twice as much $$ but they seem to come with all the same features as the 1080 plus 1000 more!! The flex is 95 vs. the 1080 flex is 85 and when I tried them both on the Pro Model's give you a 1/2 inch lift under your feet for performance. Let me know

pro models are sick....way more control than the 1080 boot for good riding out of the park too, plus shock absorb and everything else...get em..if they're too stiff for you just cut em up

I ride mine in the park all the time. They have screws in the cuff that you can take out and that gives them a whole lot of foreward flex, so nice for switch landings, but the boot is really laterally stiff, so I use the same boot when I'm in the BC dropping and skiing lines. It workes everywhere. The only downside is the carbon spine in the back produces some mean shin bang when landing backseat, other than that, they rip.

Jeff: Hey Geoff, did Ronny tell you not to wear any boxers so he could rape you better?
Geoff: No, I just put my boxers on backwards so the hole is in the back...it's alot easier that way.

ya of course they are a sick boot but seriously you pay for what you get. Whats the cheapest you can get this boots for? Probably what 400? 450? Im sorry but I just think its unreasonable to pay that amount for boots. And from what i hear 450 would be cheapest.....its not worth it if you ask me just go with regular 1080s. I mean shit i got mean for 140 and i kno u can get em as low as like 250 -275 new.

i rode them all last season, my thoughts: at first i thought they were pretty stiff so i used them for racing too, then i decided they felt too stiff so i cut out some plastic from the upper portion, this made the boots have alot more flex in the front, which turned out to work great for switch landings, i like them alot better then the 1080 boots, because they seemed built for all mountain rather then just park, overall i like them alot and highly recommend them.

greatest boots ever...if you take the screws out the flex is perfect (for me anyways) for anything from park to steeps...if you have the $ i'd highly recommend
