true center, it feels wierd a little bit, but its overall best if your skiing mainly park.

Because mounting where the pros do will make you ski like a pro...

But really, mount where you think will work for you. The basic principles of mounting point apply whether you're a total gaper or a seasoned skier. Just because it works for a pro skier who does nothing but park and urban doesn't mean it will work for you as an all-mountain ski. Hence where they mount is more or less irrelevant.
