Anybody else get forced into having a timeline today?  I did.  I never selected it, never wanted it and I want to go back.  Anybody know how??? 

Really getting sick of facebook's bullshit and thinking about deleting my account if I can't go back.

You don't need to update that... it's their logo, and the search bar. that's what that website is; a search bar.

look at the results page. that changes all the teim.

I didn't want it, and I ended up getting it. It's not bad, the cover photo thing is actually kinda cool. Also, you can see all your noob posts from when you started. Plus, everyone gets it on the 5th of august anyway.

Cover photo is cool but I hate how when I Facebook stalk someone I can't see what they've commented on or posted to other people's wall. YOU CAN'T VIEW INTERACTIONS. Also, when I go down to the bottom of my timeline, a bunch of my super old posts have been deleted which is annoying. I mean my email has plenty of space and i never delete shit so why should Facebook have to?

Your old posts haven't been deleted. Scroll to an old year and it will appear they are gone, but you will have a bar at the top that has your name, timeline, the year, and highlights, click highlights and change it to all entries.

the people who say they're going to delete their facebook due to a change are the same people who say they are going to move to canada if _________ wins whatever election.

I also love how people state it as if it's a big ransom. You're not threatening suicide here, you're threatening to delete a profile that even the vast majority of your "friends" barely realize exists beyond just being a number on their own profile.
