Taking a picture from the internet to print?

it is illegal to take a picture that ive found on google to print on something and sell it?

like if i take a portrait picture, than put something on it or just use a small part of the picture?

yes, 99% of the time taking someone else's photo/artwork/design , printing it, and then SELLING it for YOURSELF is not legal. I think this should be common sense to anyone.

The 1% of the time is if the artwork has a creative commons licence that says it is alright to use and reproduce for profit
