Car Subwoofer help -- Clarion SRV303

Just found this subwoofer in my college house. No idea where it came from but i checked the price online and it retails $300+. I'm lookin to sell it but need to see if it works.

The problem I have is that only the red and white audio cords have the tops on em. The other 3, (Black yellow and red cords) don't have tips and are just bare wire for half an inch at the tip. Is this normal or an easy fix? Could i sell as is or should i install tips.

10/10k for anyone with good info on it.

Here is a pic of wherer it links up in the back. I guess the ones that are stripped are the power cords. So does it really matter?

black is your ground
yellow is your main direct power
and blue is the ignition power one?

dunno if im right or not..

I'm gonna toss it up on Ebay. I dont know too much about stereo's so I was curios if this was normal when I was gonna sell it.

or you could bring it to a pawn shop, say you want to sell it. they'll test it and what not. then just act like you're debating their offer, then turn it down...

then you'll know if it works

threads because I also am in the same predicament...bought some subs from a guy for 60 bucks but one of the cords is frayed as shit

If it's a car subwoofer then those wires are supposed to be exposed so you can hook up the power homie.

I was curious cause I could easily find a three way plug as its shown in one of the pictures (other end of cord)

Its really not a problem, it would be very difficult to find that plug somewhere but some kid will easily give you good money for a powered sub setup like that
