Part of the reason they crack down on filmers coming in with people is because in the past some homeboy with a sponsor pass would grab his friend with any sort of a camera and say he was filming him and before you knew it there were 5 to 10 extra people filming/getting in the way of the filming windells media crew were trying to do and then the "filmer" would just put his camera down and be lapping the park. a sneaky way to poach the lane. From the windells media side of things they want to be able to put out quality original content and not have to worry about other people in the foreground all the time and shit like that.
I think had they approached windells (maybe they did and got denier i dont know) about filming this in their park they would have been allowed. but from what i gather of this tournament its all a "hey this guys here and so is this guy. lets do a round" so planning ahead probably wasnt an option.
