so heres the scoop. friend of mine worked for a cupcake store, got fired because they said her BF was in there too much, and she occasionally gave $.50 cent cupcakes and leftovers of fudge and milkshakes and such without charging him. so she was fired, and now the police called her and want her to come into the station to talk about an incident from said job. what do u guys think the police could charge her with? because shes fuckin stressin
more than likely, they want to explain that giving stuff away/extending discounts is a form of theft. Besides that, I'dd imagine that theres something in the health codes about eating/selling leftovers etc, and her boyfriend shouldn't be there 24/7 if its distracting her from doing her job, but those last two are more for the employer to discuss. It could just as easily be that the store next to her was broken into, or a regular customer just got arrested etc. and they want to know if she knows anything, but thats much less likely.
