Spinning while flipping

simple enough, how do I do it?

maybe it's more of a question of where do I look.

but I pretty much can only do a spin OR a flip.

can do most non spinning inverts

Do a backflip, but look over your shoulder instead of straight back. Boom. You've landed an underflip.

Being that this is non ski I assume you mean diving. the trick is to flip first then spin watch any diving vid on youtube you'll see that they put one arm behind there head, and the other across the chest.

well i've only done flips on tramp and in water never on snow.

dont have access to a tramp currently, only a dock. This leaves a pretty short window for throwing tricks, not as lofty as on a tramp when I feel like I have more time to look around

if you can backflip just kind of turn a little and you got a rodeo 3.
