When someone takes a picture of something but the real focus is something else?

Obviously the focus is on the fact that he drives stick, the ice-cream is just a decoy. I see it all the time on facebook

Or when a girl posts a pic with "OMG new hair!"  but really all you can see in the picture is cleavage.

It's just what I did in this pic to show of my carry-on.

It also very subtlety shows that I have a MacBook Pro, some Bower & Wilkins headphones, a sweet vintage Russian camera and that I read rare first edition books on 80's Italian design.

It's the act of 'subtlety' claiming things to seem more interesting and awesome.

If it were film and they were actually altering focus from an object in the foreground to the background or vice versa it would be a rack focus.
