so i wake up late. i go to starbucks. somehow i make it to class on time. i take a test. go to my second where i find out that while i was in seattle we turned in a lot of stuff, but because i didnt tell him i was leaving, i cant turn it in.
at break, i go across the parking lot with 3 of my friends and have a cigarette. as soon as were about to walk back, 2 narks ride up in their cart (haha) and tell us to put our stuff in the cart and go to the office. i had a whole pack of squares on me, so i knew i was fucked no matter what. we go to the office, fill out a report, and the first guy goes in. tam and i are just talking and then sara goes in. she comes out and then tam goes in. im by myself. she comes out and lip syncs, 'youre fucked.' i go in, and the first thing they say is, were you smoking. i say yes, and they thanked me for being honest. TO MAKE A LONG ANNOYING STORY SHORT. they called the cops, nothing happened to the other people, and i get cited with a misdemenor for minor in posession. ...of tobacco. thats fine. whatever. but then they tell me that in lue of suspension i have to go to tobacco education for 6 weeks and then it will be cleared. thats fine. BUT THEN, a cop shows up and im sitting in the office and he starts harassing me about everything that i just said 5 min ago and then he starts to convince the supervisor to suspend me. i start crying and then he fucking starts asking me why im crying and starts mocking me and telling me how stupid i am. he then fucking proceeds to pull out a calculator and starts figuring out how much money i will spend on camels during my lifetime. im sorry, but isnt that basic edu that you learn in fucking 4th grade? so he calls my mom, she doesnt care, and she told me to start respecting him more. he starts yelling at me again while i put the phone down, and she hears that, and so she demands to talk to him and then calls him a prick. then i get into more trouble and now i have to pay a fine.

cops love fucking shit up.

i was going to dance. before i went there i got drunk. then me and some friends go down towards these woods to smoke a blunt. i see cops coming down so i say 'cops!' and they book, meanwhile, i'm to shitfaced to know whats going on so i just sit there at the cops come toward me instead of RUNNING like everyone else. he asks me what i'm doing and i say 'i don't know'. then he asked me who i was with and i say 'i don't know.' he goes 'how don't you know' and i say 'i was only here with one friend and some other kids i don't know'. then he starts swearing at me and shit. so then he tells me to go up the dance and they shine a flashlight on my feet to see if i'm walking straight. i run into the middle of a huge and crowd and they didn't find me. my other friends that ran ended up wading through a swamp. haha.

first of all...the only word i said to the cop was hi and then answered what he asked me.

second, i have a friend who works at the police department and i told her EVERY detail of what happened and she gave me the number of his lt. and im going to file a complaint on him for how he was treating me.

and third, i was in seattle cause my sister lives there. it sucked. my starbucks was 5.52 there and its 3.95 here.

You All need to know the cardinal rule when dealing with cops. deny everything. don't elaborate or make up a story, thats when they will have you. If you are caught with a group of people.. you are usually fucked. I you are cought red handed, run. It's a gamble but it sometimes works and if you don't they will bust you any way.

no, all the cop was supposed to do was give me a ticket. the school caught me and i couldnt have ran cause they all know who i am.

No you cannot smoke if you under the age of 18, stupid law yes and while it usually isnt enforced they can. The problem is schools are stupid. Also at least here in michigan smoking by anyone of any age on school property is illegal! it is also illegal here to smoke within 25 ft of any public building, even if there is smoking allowed inside (really stupid).

To the person who said there should be more punishment because it kills you - you dont think people have the right to kill themselves? Maybe the punishment for smoking should be death by cops so you dont die to cigarettes?
