If you want something that will do powder as well as park I would look for something with ~100 waist.
I'm actually similar in size to you a little heavier 5'2 130lbs and I ride the 2011 K2 misbehaves 159 both in powder and in the park. If you go to K2's website you'll see that the misbehaved is the same dimensions as the Kung Fuja (it's the same ski as far as I can tell) and the kung fuja has a solid rep as both a park ski and an all mountain ski. You'd be surprised at how well it holds an edge even in ice, it's not too wide to carve on.
In wet PNW powder you will have to lean back and do some work to get it to float in deep stuff. If you're lucky enough to ski somewhere that gets dry pow, it will do amazingly well.
If you really want to try out a moment ski I would go for the Bella in a 152 if you want it to be more playful/park oriented or a 162 if you're already a comfortable park skier. The 162 will be easier to float pow in, but the 152 will be easier to learn spins on.
The only downside to the misbehaved is that it's heavy, k2 makes heavy skis, but the flipside of that is that k2 makes really durable skis, I have 5 skis in my quiver and they've held up the best outside of my Libtech's.
The nice thing about riding a wider ski in the park is that I find it a little more stable on landings, due to the larger platform and the fact that it's harder to find yourself accidently on an edge. It's also really nice to have some rocker in there for the same reason, harder to eat shit if you nose into someones bomb hole on a landing.
Overall I'd look for anything ~100mm waist 160ish length with some all terrain rocker, these specs will get you closest to what you're looking for, and there are plenty of skis with those specs if you look around.
