NS Sighting: Camden, ME

I put this in regionals yesterday, but no replies. So I'll try NSG.

I was working down by the wharf in Camden today, and saw a tall, darker skinned guy with a white shirt, red shorts and a purple/yellow NS hat.

Know who it is?
