so i have sth bindings on my skis and the back two screws on the bindings have oulled out from the skis and the holes where the screws go  are stripped. im going to be going to my shop soon so will i have to get them remounted or what?

You can remount or possibly throw helicoils in there. It all depends on how trashed the holes are. If they're not damaged at all, throw a helicoil or widen your holes and thrown quiver killer inserts in and you're set.
