Are Moment skis truely awful?

After sending my undersized el reys back, I have been on the hunt for skis. I was very interested in the joystick these skis for their ultra lightweight and buttery qualities, but can't find anywhere that actually sells them. I am now looking into moments, but after reading multiple horror stories about them snapping and not being very durable, I am unsure. This is my first year getting serious in the park, and im 5' 6", and about 140 lbs.

I've only heard good things about moments from friends with the vice and Jib. But in all seriousness, are surface skis legitimately low quality?

The these skis are more midflex than soft and buttery. You want sof buttery park skis go with Line Anthems or k2 press. The PBJ would be the closest in the moment line. Not the best in the durability department but a fun ski none the less.

This is the truth. I have seen many a pair of surface park skis and one pair of those joystick skis totally shredded to death after a short time. The kid I skied I knew with the joysticks said that they were one of the most fun skis he had skied.
My moments have held up great, the topsheet delamned a bit on my planks, but I slapped some epoxy on em and they are stronger than ever
