^what exactly did you contribute to the site with that marvelous post? Nothing. A shitload of people are really quick to jump on the suspect hate train without knowing jack shit about them, providing very negative, uninformative answers like the one above. The first small batch of suspects had some real durability issues. Those issues have since been fixed. People will tell you that salomon's skis break apart and that you can get edge cracks after one day. The delaming and breaking apart happens to all skis given enough use, but the edge cracks you'll hear about are for the most part caused by lack of detuning edges before hitting rails. Detuning your edges dulls them slightly, causing them to dig into rails less, causing less stress on the edge, decreasing edge cracks. Any ski will fall apart if you bash it on rails enough. Edge cracks will happen although detuning and taking good care of your skis can reduce (not eliminate) this. Are suspects the most durable skis in the world? No. Are suspects average park skis that get a bad rep? Absolutely. Sure there are better skis on the market, but there are also much much worse skis. I you have a good deal on them, go for it, I'm sure you will enjoy them. The shape/flex/geometry of the suspects is the same it's always been, but the instant delam durability issues were gone after the first season and a half or so.  Cheers, Isak

I own a pair of 9/10 suspects and they are awful. I have ridden them for 2 seasons and they are shit.

Why don't you describe exactly why you don't like your suspects before just hating on them. To the OP. Those skis are all very different. Suspects are very stiff and basically built for comps/hitting huge jumps on. Domains are fully symmetrical, flat underfoot, with some rocker tip and tail and are super buttery. Built to jib. The halos are a medium flex, but have a tapered rockered shape that lends itself well to spinning, both on jumps and rails. Some people love them some people hate them, but they're an all around park ski. The punx are soft but have full camber and are super light. This is also an all around park ski. Suspects- comps and big jumps. Domains- jibs all day. Halos- unorthodox all around. Punx- traditional all around. Keep in mind that any of these skis will do well on anything in the park, those are just their focuses/ what they're best at.
