I will be using these skis obviously for powder days. I usually ski up a mt. Bohemia in the U.P of Michigan, where they don't groom any of their runs. I also ski a fair amount out west. I like to ski everything. I like skiing in the trees, I do a fair amount of switch riding, not too much. I would say i'm between intermediate and expert. I can charge some pretty decent lines, but nothing compared to the pros. I mostly like to charge lines, but sometimes when i'm tired I like to play around. I do care about crud performance because Mt. Bohemia gets its fair share of crud because they don't groom their runs, as well as when the back bowls of vail get rutted up. I am 5 foot 10, I weight about 165.
Basically I'm sick of going to Bohemia and out west and having my park skis plow through the powder. I spent a whole day at beaver creek last year swimming through the powder, and realized i need some fat skis.
