Replying to Need some summer set up help pls

hey guys, i decided to put together my first summer set up. all i have is an industrial size pvc rail and a bed frame i was thinking of using as the drop in. i'm trying to go as cheap as possible here, gonna go scavenger for some more would afterwards, but idk if i should buy some wood to hold the pvc up.

so i only have flat ground in my backyard and i'm going shopping tomorrow. astro turf is pretty expensive here. the cheapest is 10fr (like 10$) per sq meter and thats for (what the worker described as) sown astro turf, like soft. the plastic astro turf is 22$ per sq meter, which is just ridiculous.

So how much should i buy total for a simple set up? i need to spend a minimum and also will washing machine powdered soap hosed down a little work for the speed? And finally which turf will slide better / reck my skis less.
