For what your subject was I really enjoyed it! One thing to keep in mind though is where your shadow is, i know in a few your shadow appeared in the shot and I felt that drifted the focus from the subject more to you.

Okay, if you're going to film something like your backyard it's possible to make something interesting, you just need to think a little more creatively. Shooting with a wide angle on a glidecam (an unbalanced one at that) is probably the worst way to make things interesting. After five seconds we know exactly what your yard looks like and the rest of the video isn't interesting at all.

Focus on details, if I was told to shoot something in my backyard the first thing I would do is not shoot wider than 50mm on a crop sensor then try to find interesting details that people wouldn't ordinarily see. Waiting for good light is another thing that you should've done. The blown out, overcast sky made your subject matter even more boring. Finally the song you used was much too powerful for what you were shooting.

Honestly there's not much to critique there. If you want to make something that's "good" you're going to need to work for it. Go somewhere, think about each shot and how it should be composed/exposed before you press record, try to think about what you want your final video to look like and what you need to do to make that happen before you arrive on location.

use a nice color filter that makes everything a but more .... lifely? (really dont know the english word...)
and make sure your shadow doesnt ruin your shots:)

Well it flowed but didn't at the same time, its almost as if you walked around your backyard a few times . the shot where you came out of your house, personally that sort of shot would have been better at the start i think. Also your shadow in shots killed the vibe.

Do you have a tripod? use that rather than the glide all the time.
