So I do a lot of the Minnesota MTB series races, and they're sponsored by Gu. Inevitably, I had to try some. That shit is disgusting. It's this synthetic energy goo, and should be destroyed. They make the most disgusting flavors (Peanut Butter, Chocolate Raspberry, Caramel) and it's literally the most fake food you could ever buy.
Don't buy it, ever. I can't even finish a little pouch of it. and it makes me thirsty! energy my ass.

I'll stick to honey stingers.

My mom uses that stuff when she runs her triathlons. It does look pretty gross.
