CoC
Pros:
Super sick & big park
2 slopestyle airbags (2012)
Demo Tents
Ski with the pros.
Variety
really long park
a bunch of different style jumps and rails.
CONS:
With the coaching at CoC you don't get coached by all the pros they say you do, This summer I was talking to Torstein, and I know he's a snowboarder but the same logic applies. Anyways, CoC's website said he would coach you, and I was riding up the T-bar with him and asked him about him coaching, and he said he was just riding there. The coaches you actually do get assigned don't always ski with you and coach you, for example, I always see Max Hill hot lapping the orange line, or skiing with his friends, and not coaching. The biggest name coach you will probably end up getting is like, Max, Mack, or Banks.
Line-ups, the line-ups are gigantic at CoC they didn't have the in-camp rope tows this year, so they had to share a t-bar with Public, and dave murray before it closed.
Rails, compared to momentum, the lips onto the rails are more of snowboard lips, so for skiers it's a little harder to pop onto.
Bagged food/lunch.
Campers stay at staff housing, instead of a hotel.
MOMENUTUM
Pros:
Actually get coached by the top pro's, and ski with them all day, they will take the t-bar with you, or wait for the group at the top
Halfpipe, this year, coc didn't have a halfpipe, and momentum was the only park that did.
Better lips onto rails.
Hot food/lunch.
IF you are doing the accommodation package, you get to stay at a hotel.
NO LINE-UPS!
More & Better activities
No Snowboarders, I'm not saying snowboarders are a bad thing, it's just they can cause rut's in the landings and a bunch of tracks on the lips.
Cons:
Although Momentum's park is sick, it can't compare to what coc's park is.
There is no option to just ride the lane, you have to pay for coaching.
They don't have a "compound" if you don't know what that is, it's basically CoC's hangout, they've got a bunch of stuff to do there.
Skiing ends 1hr-30 minutes earlier compared to CoC , depending on what activities are being done after skiing.
Lastly, there park, it has the potential to be a way better park, but like 1/2 of the lanes are moguls, and on the park lane, the features are super spread out, wasting space, and also most of their jumps are step up's, which may not be a con to some people, but to others it may be.
Sorry for the long thread, I was bored and felt like doing something productive.
Hope it helps you out.
