Anyone just love his music? Or any other Black Hippy members? ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, or Ab-Soul? He really is the next best thing in hip hop. I mean he's been around for a while and I've been following him for about a year and a half and now that he's finally blowing up a little it's the coolest thing. Hopefully he doesn't succumb to the typical mainstream rap persona where he raps only about money and hoes. So far he's stayed true. His new album, good kid, m.A.A.d. city is set to be released on October second. Here's three tracks that are rumored to be on there:
I was exagerating , I'm just saying , I like kendrick but he is overated, his verse was ok , I mean calling it the greatest of all time just because he name dropped is kind of retarded.
Met a kid from LA in college and he gave me another reason to like Kendrick.. Apparently this summer he announces an hour before it happened, that he would be doing a free concert on top of a double decker tour bus in downtown LA and put on a sick free concert for his city.
Was just listening to GKMC and "Control" and Kendrick really is the best in the game right now. It's awesome that he's the face of hip-hop right now. There's so much more to his music than the lyrics, which are usually pretty incredible to begin with.
