Lame Fairs

So in my town there is a county fair every year...and it's super lame. All the rides are the same year to year along with the rigged games. There is 4-H exhibits but those have gone down the tube too. I'll post some pics of it's lameness later.

BUT there is a demolition derby...which is pretty sweet...but after a while when all the cars are so smashed up and there's nothing more to damage or if only like two cars are still running then it get's lame.

AND one other thing. You know that coin game where theres a thing that pushes coins towards you and the coins fall into a tray for you to have and you keep putting in coins for the thing to push more coins to you (terrible desciption but whatev), well I'm ADDICTED. It's the only fun thing there.

Anyway-end rant on its lameness

Do any of you guys have lame fairs...or maybe yours are AWESOME!?!?!

Fairs blow. My town is a stop on the professional rodeo circuit and while there are more cows than people in my town and I am in no means a cowboy the rodeo is lit af. It's just one big party where people just so happen to ride Broncs and bulls.

Expos Quebec in Quebec city was pretty cool when I was kid. Last time I went (when I was 16), the place smells like puke and rotten caramel. There is the Garlic festival in New Denver that is super popular...

While you might outgrow the rides and games fairs are always great for some good food and a dose of nostalgia.

Yeah, I haven't been to it in years now. That coin game I referenced was such a total waste of time and money now that I think back lol

I travel around the country a lot- tons of County Fairs is like that- 4H, hot-dog eating contests, demo derby and plenty of farm animals pettings nearly everywhere.

My county fair is pretty cool. Biggest in Ohio and tons of stuff there. I've been to many other county fairs in the state and they all suck and are small and meager imo compared to this.
