From a former platform diver and college diver, yes, it's worth it. I bring a group a few times every summer; our last outing was a couple weeks ago. The highest spot (low 20s) isn't crazy, but is big enough to have a great time. There are tons of jumping spots at every level below that too. It's also very deep (safe) and legal. I like late morning the best, when the sun is shining on the bigger cliffs and before it gets crowded. Hot afternoons are sometimes busy, but not enough to ruin it.
