So I heard orgasms were better with a fuller bladder and checked it online. Apparently it is true because your bladder leans against your gspot giving more stimulation.

Is it the same for guys?

this is a bad idea unless your man likes golden showers. you'd be thinking about holding it in the whole time and never really allow yourself to relax and let go, which might prevent you from ever getting there.
