Nope, you access it by dropping off the very far side of the Dive - facing Goat's Eye. It takes a while to get there. I wish I could get in to Silver City, there's some amazing looking lines in there but it's a no go nowadays.

Haha, so true, I wanted to get back in there in the weeks after to get it more clean but conditions didn't work out so it's on the list for next year for sure.
