Need Some Ski Sizing Help

Im 5'8'' and im going to get the 2012 Line Blends. Im want to ride both powder and park (50-50) and am wondering if they 173's or the 178's will be a better size? i want these to last for more then one season. Any help is welcome.

178 because of rocker. The total contact length will be less. As soon as you touch powder with 173s you will regret your decision. Get 178s, they're a good length for park as well and will provide stability all over.

Spot on.

You will want that extra length in the pow, and when you're not in the pow it will be a lot less noticeable due to the rocker.

I would have to go with the 173s, They would just be way more playful and fun

but hey, I'm 6'3" and I ride 171s so what do I know

I'm 5'10'' and i ride 181s and 186s. Ski sizing is a good deal of personal preference. Especially regarding powder skis with a lot of rocker.

At 5'8" I wouldn't ski shorter than 178 for 50-50
