i watched it, it was just a few guys who had zero evidence, all claims and a phone recording that didn't show anything.

Do you understand the ramifications of using false images dept of homeland security, and the dept of justice? Do you think the Discovery channel would use fake images of the u.s government, and a fake text saying that the u.s government issued a seizure warrant. Those are pretty serious claims to be faking, for a publicly traded company, with a very expensive legal team.

I guess so. I still feel that the government would not inform us they siezed a website. I didn't watch the documentary so I dont know what they said.

I don't have the time to look up the statue. But I do know that you can not use the image of the dept of homeland security, and the dept of justice, and claiming that a siezure warrant has been issued.
I do know that using those images falsely is a very big offence, and that discovery channel would be putting them self in a very hot water if they just posted those images and text off of google images.

I watched that show and what really stuck out at me is that the guy who used to be looking for them said that he decided that they would be safer if they wernt found so he stopped. But if he really thought that then why would he help make a tv show bringing attention to the mermaids that he wants to be hidden
