The 60d is $800 new... I think you should change that price and say the shutter count..

False, 60d is 999 on BH and right now its only 899 as a special offer.

if you have the funds, it might be worth it to keep this as a backup camera. I have a feeling you're not going to get the money you're expecting, so unless you're happy with 650-700ish you should just keep it

GH3 is expected to release this summer/fall (more importantly, before ski season). I think it would be a waste of money to upgrade just to "hold you off" for a few months. Keep saving and cop yourself a few lenses instead

I'm not sure how big of an improvement the GH3 is going to be....

Apparently there's going to be no global shutter, which would have been the biggest improvement, but it is weather sealed and has faster auto focus and a higher quality electronic viewfinder (again, apparently) so maybe its going to be good.

if it is $1500 for the kit, that would be an insane deal. The gh bodies usually start around $900, and that lens is around $1300. I know they do discounts when selling two together, but that seems pretty optimistic. They will probably do it like the om-d, and offer it with one of the older kits, and then possibly with one of the new ones too. More info will come out on 43rumors in the near future, but for now lets keep this thread about zac selling his gear
